My dear friend.. Aru.. Though my junior, she never treated me as a senior… In fact, I learnt every single blood cell from her… Ya.. She was my teacher!! She was an inspiration!! She was a good friend!! We shared knowledge, food and friendship..
I still remember how she brought every blood cell on the paper.. Wow!! Wat an awesome teacher.. I wouldn’t have learnt so much from any textbook..
S..
The MBBS classes that we took.. In spite of all the work that we had in the dept.. She skipped her lunch every single day.. Oh!! Wat a girl!! She just was dedicated..
She sat next to me while reporting slides, only in the evenings though.. We discussed all the stuff in pathology..
Not only did she teach me the subject, but also how to place a slide on a microscope.. In the sense, the labelled end always on the same direction..in order to be consistent in scanning the slide and to manage time..
My dear Aru..
She was the one and only person who reported slides with me in a double header microacope.. Counting 100 cells..for every slide.. Showing me every granule in a neutrophil, eosinophil, basophil etc..
Now..when I look at these cells..which I will be doing for the rest of my life.., I see her..
I see Aru…
I see you…Aru..
In all that I see under the microscope!!
Love you loads,
Kiru..
